Delivery Options
Standard delivery is available for all domestic orders. For eligible products and locations, you may choose to upgrade to faster delivery options at an additional cost, which will be displayed during checkout.
Once your order is placed, you can visit the Order Status page to view estimated shipment and delivery times. Orders are shipped as they become available. Please note that delivery to P.O. Boxes is not permitted.
Delivery Time for Customized Products
Customized products, such as personalized items or special orders, may require additional time for preparation. The estimated delivery time for these products will be displayed during the configuration process. You will receive updates about the status of your order via email and through the Order Status page.
In case of any delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email or text message with the updated status of your order. You can also check for real-time updates on the Order Status page.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order anytime by visiting the Order Status page. This page provides real-time updates on your order’s status, including estimated delivery times and the current location of your shipment.
If you encounter any issues with tracking or if the information seems outdated, please contact our Customer Support team for assistance. We are committed to ensuring you stay informed about your order and its delivery progress.
Depending on the status of your order, you will have the ability to:
1. Change Your Email Address: Update the email address associated with your order for notifications and correspondence.
2. Change Your Delivery Address: Modify the delivery address if your order has not yet been shipped.
3. Cancel Your Order or an Item: Cancel the entire order or individual items if it’s still processing.
4. Print a Billing Document: Generate and print a billing document or receipt for your records.
5. Initiate a Replacement: Request a replacement for an item if it arrives damaged or defective.
Problems with Your Order
Unable to Receive Delivery
If you miss a delivery, the courier will leave a notification or card with instructions. You can reschedule the delivery by contacting the courier directly. Missing Proof of Purchase
You should receive an official invoice via email within 2-3 days of your order being delivered. If you do not receive this invoice or need an additional copy, please contact our Customer Support team. You can also print your receipt by visiting the Order Status page.
Delivery Cancellations
